We had a wonderful experience working with Kylan and McKenzie for our wedding last month. Wonderful communication and Kylan answered all my questions leading up to the day (dumb or not). They tolerated our silliness all throughout and the vibe was good all day/night of the wedding and reception. Many people commented on how beautiful the venue is. “Moonlight Events is a brand new remodeled space in Vancouver and it is soo beautiful. The owner Kylan did an absolutely amazing job redoing the space. There is an awesome outdoor patio in the back that is great for big parties as well as a little gazebo for weddings. The inside ceremony space is sooo pretty. It has floor to ceiling windows and custom made benches. I seriously loved it so much. Kylan thought of everything you would want in a wedding venue. She has bride and groom getting ready rooms, a big bar, a Photo Booth room, a kitchen, and so much more. I can't wait to come back and photograph an event here soon.”

The ceremony space is beautiful, the reception area is spacious and the outdoor landscaping is immaculate.
From signing the contract to the big day itself, Kylan is always available for questions, vendor recommendations and general support.
She even had my specific favorite drinks brought in for our reception at my request 🥹
Her staff is incredible and prompt, the food and drinks are delicious and best of all, it’s AFFORDABLE 😍
Not to mention, Kylan captured SO many of our special moments on her personal phone! I really appreciated having clips of our big day so soon and her using them on social media to promote her incredible venue 💒💕

We loved our experience at Moonlight! Everything went so seamlessly. Kylan was very attentive, realistic, and listened to what we wanted for our day. The venue was decorated exactly to our desire, staff were kind, food was great and the space was perfect! It was amazing being able to go straight from the ceremony to the reception without having to have guests wait in a staging area. I would also recommend using their coordinator Brittany through Bows and Bellows who was very helpful and made the day that much easier. We also used their recommended photographer, Lumi, who did an amazing job. Having all of them familiar with each other and working together made the event feel so warm and organized. All of ours guests were so happy with the event. The wedding was beautiful and we are truly so happy with our choice!
